You do not need to create an account to read the public website or use the planning checkers. The figures you enter into the Travel Cost Checker and Farm Reality Checker are calculated in your browser and are not submitted to Clueless Gene.
If you contact Gene by email, the information you include—such as your name, email address and message—is used to respond to you and manage any necessary follow-up.
The website host may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs.
3. Purchases and free downloads
The free Buyer Check, travel budget workbook and farm viewing checklist download directly from this website without a checkout or email form. We do not collect your name or email address to provide those files. The site host may process ordinary technical request information as described above.
Payhip provides checkout and digital-file delivery only for the paid Spain Property Buyer Toolkit. Information entered at checkout is handled by Payhip under its own privacy terms.
