Calculators depend on your inputs and assumptions. Illustrative figures are not forecasts or promises of rental income, returns, savings, financing or a successful property transaction.

3. Digital products and delivery

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or commercially repackage the guide, blank templates or other supplied files without written permission. Share links to the website or free download page instead of sharing the files. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

6. Cancellations, faulty files and support

Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Where applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal right, it continues to apply unless a lawful exception has been satisfied.
